Irene Radovanovic is the Co-Founder & Director of EPAREA, leading our Toronto-based non-profit organization to build an inclusive community and meaningful opportunities for neuro-divergent young adults. Trained as a medical doctor and experienced in diverse fundraising and partnership roles, Irene draws on both clinical insight and community-based practices to sustain and grow this meaningful work. She is dedicated to strengthening inclusive programming and building sustainable partnerships that support EPAREA’s mission.
Helen Moulis is the Co-Founder & Director of EPAREA. As an entrepreneur at heart, she brings strategic vision, creativity, and practical leadership to the organization’s mission. As the proud mother of a daughter with Down syndrome, Helen’s advocacy is both personal and purposeful. Her lived experience fuels her commitment to creating inclusive pathways where neurodivergent young people are empowered, supported, and given the tools they need to thrive. Through EPAREA, Helen works to ensure neurodivergent young people are not only supported but fully embraced within their communities.

Fundraising & Sponsorship Specialist
Patricia is a bilingual PR and events professional who has built corporate partnerships and led high-profile campaigns across industries from entertainment and fashion to dentistry and aviation, consistently driving revenue and donor engagement. After a successful career in public relations, sponsorships, and stakeholder management, she now devotes her expertise to EPAREA, a cause close to her heart, where she leads fundraising efforts.
